How long will delivery take?

We use a priority service, either DPD or Royal Mail 48. However due to covid, your parcel might take 1-3 days to arrive. We are currently only delivering to the UK.

How do I return my order?

Sometimes, of course, it happens that a garment doesn't fit or isn't what you expected. So we offer a free 30 day return policy. Please enter your 4 digit order number with postcode into the system. For security reason, you may have to enter these details twice before you get your label.
The returned item(s) must be unused and undamaged, with all labels and original packaging remaining. Please click here to start your return.

Can I exchange my order?

We do not offer exchanges. Please make a return and place a new order.

Claims

Should you receive a faulty product, please contact us by email: hello@katebarton.co.uk as soon as possible and provide a detailed description of the fault and a photo showing the fault. We will get back to you with information on how to procced.
