We appreciate that online shopping in itself requires delivery which has an impact on the environment. In an effort to negate some of this impact, we look to encourage conscious returns by charging a small fee for returns.

1). Please do NOT include the '#' when entering your KB order number.  Only enter one KB number if returning two separate orders at the same time.

2). Add your email address and Name.

3) Home address:  fill in your postcode and then select your address from the options available.  The boxes will populate with your address in the necessary places.  (Please note some boxes will be empty - Apartment, Building number, etc)

4) Maximum Weight and Size:  Scroll down to TICK the Box to confirm your order is below 20kg.

5) Create your label - click to confirm and proceed.

You will receive an email confirmation from Royal Mail which will also include a QR code at the bottom of the email which you can use by showing at your Post Office.

It takes several hours for the email to arrive from Royal Mail, so we thank you for your patience while waiting for it.

Our feeling is that a free returns service fails to make some customers stop and think about the environmental cost of returned items. We charge £2.50 for all domestic UK and Northern Ireland returns. This is the cost we incur for each return and this cost is simply passed on.
