Returns Policy: Returns are accepted within 14 days of receipt. Items must be unused, unwashed, and stain-free with all original tags attached.
UK Returns (£2.50 fee):
- Complete the paper returns form in your parcel.
- Click HERE to arrange a free Royal Mail doorstep collection or generate a Post Office QR code.International Returns: Email hello@katebarton.co.uk with your order number to arrange your return. UK Delivery
UK Standard Delivery (£4.50): 2–3 working days via Royal Mail. Full tracking provided.
UK 24-Hour Delivery (£5.95): Order by 3:00 PM (Mon–Fri) for same-day dispatch. Royal Mail aims to deliver within 1 working day.
USA & Canada Delivery (Duties Included)
USA Express Delivery (£40.00 / ~$59 USD): 2–5 working days.
Canada Express Delivery (£40.00): 2–5 working days via DHL Express.
No Surprise Fees: All US and Canadian orders ship Delivered Duty Paid (DDP) via Shopify Managed Markets. Import duties and taxes are calculated and included upfront at checkout—no additional customs charges upon delivery.
Europe & Rest of World Delivery
Europe DHL Delivery (£25.00): 3–8 working days. Orders over €150 are subject to local import taxes/duties paid by the customer.
Australia & New Zealand (£35.00): 5–8 working days via Royal Mail International.
