- Royal Mail Standard, £4.50: 2-3 working days, fully tracked. Royal Mail will text or email your delivery window on the morning of delivery.
- Royal Mail 24 Hour, £5.95: order by 3pm Monday to Friday for same-day dispatch. Royal Mail aim to deliver the next working day but don't guarantee it.

- Return within 14 days of receipt.
- £2.50 returns fee, deducted from your refund. We charge this to cover our cost and to encourage more considered returns, which reduces the environmental impact of shipping.
