- Royal Mail 24 Hour, £5.95: order by 2pm Monday to Friday for same-day dispatch. Royal Mail aim to deliver the next working day but don't guarantee it.

- Refunds within 14 days of delivery. Exchanges and gift cards within 30 days.
- UK returns come with a Royal Mail QR code, so you don't need a printer. £3 return postage is deducted from refunds only. Exchanges, gift cards and faulty items are free.
