If you are not entirely happy with your order, we are here to help. All items must be returned within 14 days of receipt of your order.

We appreciate that online shopping in itself requires delivery which has an impact on the environment. In an effort to negate some of this impact, we look to encourage conscious returns by charging a small fee for returns. Our feeling is that a free returns service fails to make some customers stop and think about the environmental cost of returned items. This is the cost we incur for each return and this cost is simply passed on. This charge will be deducted from your refund.
