UK & Northern Ireland
We have two delivery services with Royal Mail.
2-3 day delivery - for £3.50.
24 hour delivery - £6.50.
NOTE: all orders that are placed after 4pm on a Friday will be processed and sent out on Monday morning, this includes orders using our 24 hour delivery option. We are currently only delivering to the UK and USA, however it won't be long before we will ship to Europe and further afield.
We now deliver to the USA We use our international delivery partners Parcel Plus which is a 5-8 day delivery. Orders are sent out next day from our warehouse – for £35. *Please be aware that shipments within the USA can occur customs and import duties.

How do I return my order?

Sometimes, of course, it happens that a garment doesn't fit or isn't what you expected.

UK & Northern Ireland we offer a free 14 day return policy. If you would like to make a return, please email and they will be able to assist you with your return. Once you have your free returns label, you are able to show the generated QR Code at your local post office and they'll print you a label, or you can print and attach the label to your parcel yourself.  

NOTE: It will take up to 21 days for refunds to reach your account. Please contact to advise our customer services team of your return.

Please obtain a proof of postage and tracking for your return to us.
Please contact to advise our customer services team of your return.  
Currently all returns are to be organised and paid for by the customer with your local courier service to send back to our warehouse.  

Can I exchange my order?

UK & Northern Ireland Yes, you are able to exchange using your returns form. Please clearly state what you'd like to exchange on the form. Please contact to advise our customer services team of your exchange. USA – unfortunately we are unable to process exchanges at this time.  


Should you receive a faulty product, please contact us by email: as soon as possible and provide a detailed description of the fault and a photo showing the fault. We will get back to you with information on how to proceed.
